A festive gastronomy has rendez-vous at Drouant on the 7th of November. For the 104th consecutive year, the ten members of the Académie Goncourt will reach their verdict at our restaurant at lunch time. The laureate will be chosen among the four-finalist authors in the elegant and warm first floor private dining, as tradition dictates.
The presidents of each of the two academies Goncourt and Renaudot will announce the laureate of the two prizes at the same time on the steps of the mythic stairwell of the restaurant.
Then, the laureates will come to receive their price.
For the event, our chef Emile Cotte has prepared a special menu for the academicians which will be available to all the guests of the restaurant.
